1½ oz good rum
1 oz Ango Amaro
1 oz Rosse (sweet) Vermouth
1 tsp Fino Sherry
Mix ingredients together in a lowball glass with lots of ice. Garnish with a blood orange slice if you’re feeling it. Enjoy!
